i tell authentic visual stories

To me, film is self-expression. Being a woman of color from India, I have unique stories to tell that have shaped me as an individual. It has made me realise my interest in culture, tradition and emotion, which in my opinion are the key drivers of visual media at the moment. 

As the world moves towards more inclusive and diverse media consumption, I crave to build a stage for voices with unique experiences like me, and to narrate their authentic visual stories that resonate with people who look for relatable and soulful content. As a passionate writer, visual storyteller and art director, I have always been driven towards a poetic relationship between film, identity and fashion. My work is often an amalgam of these, with a knack for metaphorical use of light.
